Dear Readers!

Are you going to SASE this June? If so, I hope to see you there! I will be presenting a paper (co-authored with follow UM PhD Student Russ Funk) in the “Finance and Society” section on how big banks shape the law, focusing on the case of the slow demise of Glass-Steagall.

Beyond that, if anyone has recommendations for things to do in Madrid, or places to stay, please drop me a comment or email (asociologist at umich dot edu). I’d love to find a roommate for the conference.
